We have an exchange student staying with us from Guadeloupe. She is trying to call home and we cannot get the numbers to work. Any suggestions on placing calls to this area? or where we can find answers?

Followed by the country code for Mexico … 52
Followed by the 2-3 digit long distance code for the city
Followed by the 7-8 digit local phone number
If you’re calling a mobile number in Mexico, you have to include a 1 after the 52.
Or, you can call the operator and have them dial it for you. But, they charge for this.

I see a big stockpile of white sand in Guadeloupe near the port of “point a pitre”. Which country of the Caribbean is exporting sand to Guadeloupe? I need to import the same sand into Martinique. How should I proceed?

The sand you saw was imported from Guyana. I suggest you to contact the sand company from Guyana and find what the procedures you should take. Do a research on Google or Alibaba and good luck!!
